Helping my own children grow up, learn the A-B-C’s and confidently start their own lives inspired me to pursue children’s education. I love teaching kids and have dedicated my life to it. I love how World of Knowledge is different than daycare, in that we prepare them for school and prepare them for reading and writing. I am constantly inspired by my infants, and love seeing them grow up through our program.

I’ve been raising kids since I was 8 years old. I feel like this is what I am meant to do and I enjoy it. Working with my kids daily is a blessing. I get to know each one individually, and because we have such small class sizes, I am able to know what each child needs. I strive to have kids feel safe, happy, and excited to come to school each day.
My Role: Learn Alphabet and Help Them Explore The World
Experience: 2 Years Toddler Teacher

I’m Ms. Lucero and I love my Toddlers. I have been working with both Toddlers and the Summer Program for 2 years. I really like World of Knowledge because we have a good balance of structured learning with our excellent Curriculum, and we also allow for personal exploration time as well. Toddlers are active, and I love keeping up with them and guiding them.
My Role: Impact Children’s Lives With Education and Prepare Them For School

Over the last 18 years, I have learned so much about Kids and what motivates them. I am most proud when my parents are surprised to have their two-year-old reading words and knowing the letters of the alphabet. Our Parents are grateful that we prepare their child for school. My goal for my kids is that they hit the ground running when they enter kindergarten.

I think it’s important that parents know what is going on in the classroom, so I keep in communication with my parents. I love knowing what is going on at home, and how we can keep the lines of communication open. I know every child is different, so I work hard to discover what works for each one individually.
